Vicon’s 12 Station TDX Machine makes a TDC profile but uses TDF corners. If requested, Vicon can make the machine to work with TDC corners—Model TDC II-C. For shops that are replacing an existing Lockformer TDC machine, this route is suggested because they are already working with a C corner.
TDX Rolls typically mounted on left outboard, however we stock both left outboard and right outboard and allow contractor to specify left to right or right to left flow. Right outboard would indicate your right hand is feeding the material with your left hand trailing. Left outboard would indicate that your left hand is feeding the material as your right hand is trailing.
