Straight Duct

One Piece sections of straight duct with Ductmate Flange on ends , corners inserted. When it arrives on job site, the duct film on ends will be removed and the sections will be connected to each other with Butyl Gasketing, 6” Cleats and 3/8” Carriage Bolt/Nut

 

 

One Piece or full wrap duct, TDF profile on ends, corners inserted

Two piece duct, also referred to as L Section or Knocked Down means each shipment can accommodate more duct but also means more labor on the job site. This is Snaplock rectangular duct; Female Buttonlock seam on left, male Buttonlock flange on right. Snapped in on job site
