This 6 station machine uses 1” of 26 to 20 gauge Galvanized to rollform the 5/16” Female Pittsburgh Pocket Seam left outboard at 100 ft / minute moving in a right to left flow. With Double “V” belts driven by a 3HP motor on standard 3 phase power and built on the same frame as Flagler’s 16 Gauge heavy duty machine, this is the most robust “small Pittsburgh” rollformer on the market. This machine has a Right outboard side (left to right flow) with empty auxiliary shafts onto which one can install the 1/4″ Right Angle Flange Rolls (aka Male Pittsburgh) or Double Seam or Drive Cleat Rolls.
