The CCD110N Compact Pinspotter is ideal for a shop wanting to use Weld Pins but not set up with 220 volt in shop. When compared to the MF-12A, the CCD110N isn’t going to produce a weld that’s as strong as the MF12A but it’s a sufficient weld and it makes up for this by being a physically lighter unit with much lighter and longer cables and one that’s intended to be truly portable and versatile—easily moved around the shop or taken to a jobsite. It’s a Capacity Discharge style machine that works thru a Spring loaded process. Operator pushes down to apply pressure, slowly release and pull the trigger.
110 volt, capable of welding 1/2″ and 1″ pins to as heavy as 16 gauge and to 2″ liner pins all the way up to 20ga metal. Comes with 25 feet of gun cable & 25 feet of ground cable.
