Vicon’s Dual Head Corner Machine is ideal for Straight Duct. Usually recessed into the ground, this machine Inserts and crimps 2 corners at a time, 8 all together and it crimps the Corner deeper down the duct flange than any other brands available.
26 to 16 Gauge Galvanized; 32” to 56” length with quick and simple adjustments.

Though the Machine footprint is 35-3/4” x 35-3/4” we recommend building out 57.5” x 57.5” footprint and cover with a Galvanized base.
Ductwork moving on metal is better than ductwork moving on concrete.
The machine’s base must be at perfect right angle with the surface it’s sliding on.
Pit depth is 20-1/2” min to 23-1/2” Max
Overall height of machine is approx 131” tall with approx 110” of that height above pit.
