Ductmate PolyArmor allows the Duct System to achieve the Noise Reduction Advantages of Internally Lined Fiberglass but without the Fibers in the airstream. PolyArmor is a white hypoallergenic polyester insulation webbed thermal blanket with an FSK facing. 1” thickness meets R-5, hypoallergenic polyester eliminates irritation, and its light weight reduces the overall weight of the duct system. Made of 25% recycled content, mildew and mold resistant. High Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) value of .65. Applied with Water Based Adhesive.
