Our fiber reinforced Water Based Duct Sealers are designed for use in high velocity air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilating, and air distributing systems up to 12 w.g.. They are suitable for use in both indoor and outdoor applications and exceeds all SMACNA Pressure and Sealing Classes.

• Fast Dry Time – Dry to the touch in 3-6 hours, 90% cured in 18-36 hours
• Mold & Mildew Resistant
• Higher solids content – 73% +/- 1% allows the product to cure quicker and
pressure test jobs quicker
• Less shrinkage – Allows installer to fill larger joints and provides less slump
• Excellent adhesion to metal
• Very good elasticity – Less likely to crack or separate from duct during
transportation, installation, and equipment start up
• Very thixotropic – Product brushes or trowels smooth and effortlessly; will
not run, sag or drip during or after application
• Product can be easily scooped out of the bucket onto the brush without
the duct sealer sliding off the brush
• Non Flammable and Non Hazardous
• No solvents in the product
• Very little odor – No ammonia smell
• Can be exposed to moisture quicker when applied outdoors because it
cures much quicker than other products on the market
• Anti-microbial – biocide package included to prevent the growth of mold
• Cartridge is auto-filled, creating less air pockets
