Press On Inner Rings are sold as single rings, designed to be used in conjunction with a Single Wall Spiral Flange to make a Double Wall Spiral Flange. The advantage offered by the Inner “Press On” Rings is that the flange for the inner wall can be attached separately after the outer wall Single Flange is attached, thereby removing the effort that typically occurs with struggling to attach a fabricated Double Wall Flange.
Simply put on the outer Spiral Flange, then take the split inner ring and fasten it along the face of the outer flange centering it along the way.
Available with and without the “press on” gasket although Conklin typically stocks them as gasketed. Available in split or welded, 8″ and 10″ are welded only.

• Tested to withstand 10” W.G. positive pressure
Inner Sleeve also available without gasket. All Inner Sleeves 12″ and above are Split. Ductmate item code 1IR followed by diameter. On 10″ and smaller all Inner sleeves are welded. Ductmate Item code 1IRW followed by diameter.
