Used to elevate rooftop units to allow air to pass around all sides to secure against hurricane-force wind gusts.
Sold as legs and beams. Legs come assembled and are adjustable in width. Beams come loose and need to be attached to the leg bases on site.
Confirm the size of the stands are rated for the equipment you will be using. Size of your HVAC equipment and the spacing between units required by manufacturer will determine what size and how many cross beams are required.
A set of legs is recommended to be placed every 4 feet.

*Stands must be mounted prior to completion of PVC roofing
To determine the sizes and quantity, please let us know the following:
- How high do the units need to be off the roof? (this will depend on type of roof and local codes i.e. 18″, 24″, 30″)
- What size are the units? (width x height x depth)
- What do the units weigh?
- Wind Loads (PSF)? Lateral and Uplift
- What’s the rooftop layout for your equipment?
- What’s the height of the building where the equipment will be installed?
- How many condensers will you have in a row?
- How long are the rows? 6 ft? 15 ft? 30 ft? (this will determine how many legs and what length beams need to be used)
