CertainTeed Glass Master SG-220 grooves Duct Board 15-20 times faster than by hand.
Powered by a heavy-duty electric motor, multiple upper and lower drive rollers quickly pass the Duct Board through Blades producing consistent contours and Duct dimensions.
Easily adaptable to groove 1″, 1-1/2″ and 2″ Board. Each tool holder has a unique measuring tab for easy and accurate groove spacing. Quick-release clamps allow for rapid positioning.
- There are 3 sizes of blades, all 3 are sold separately: GM-BLADE1 (1”) GM-BLADE1.5 (1.5”) and GM-BLADE2 (2”). A contractor may only need one size or may need all 3, depending on their needs. However, the machine itself is not able to be used without at least one set of blades.
- EACH size blade comes in a box as a 5 pc set. EACH size has 5 separate Styrofoam packaged pcs shipped in one box labeled A,B,C,D,E.
- Weight: 1,200 lbs
Ductboard machines do not include blades – packed and sold separately.
