Quick adjust, adjustable height table that can adjust from the TDX duct work height to S & D
ductwork work height in under 3 seconds.
- Segmented dies spaced 1” apart so that you may run any length duct up to 5 foot length.
- Removable segmented dies that can be removed if necessary for special duct sizes.
- “V” notch locator for exact S & D ductwork alignment of the bend line.
- TDX notch locating die that when you activate the foot pedal will automatically pop up to locate
and center the TDX notch on the bend line for accuracy and then moves down out of the way to
the starting position so as to not interfere with moving ductwork to the next notch position when
making Full Wrap ductwork. - Over 3” brake clearance height for braking duct with up to 2” maximum insulation thickness.
- The Vicon Brake is also cleared out so that it may brake lined duct without touching or damaging
the insulation pins. - Uses a PLC control with a Cycle Start and Delay Timer so that the operator can step on the foot
pedal once the blank is inserted into the brake and start an automated braking operation. - American made and 100% manufactured in Pevely, MO.
